Do these 3 things to relieve your low back pain

  1. Breath Work

Connecting with your breath has way too many benefits to list in this short email. But in short, you’re calming down your nervous system. Your tissues are expanding from the inside-out and those tight muscles surrounding your back “chill out”

2. Movement

Movement is medicine. Try some mobility for the spine in whatever ranges you can tolerate. Did you know, if you stop moving completely out of fear of pain- you’re actually NOT helping.

3. Cupping Therapy

Cupping is a great tool for treating sciatica and back pain. It often provides the relief you need to be able to then tolerate exercise/movement- which again, is best! Schedule a cupping sesh by booking a free discovery call!
