✺ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ✺

  • The likelihood of this happening is slim! This may just take you more time, meaning you continue with the exercises after you complete the calendar. 100% of my patients have become leak-free, some much quicker than others, but you’ll also quickly find out (the first lesson) about all of the contributing factors to why you may be leaking. This course is for educational purposes only, and while I know this content to be true and has worked like a charm with my patients, I am not your physical therapist and it is always valuable and beneficial to see an in-person provider to assess you, if that is available to you.

  • This is for a few reasons, 1 is simply because humans are not accountable. We think we are, but then life happens and our kids (100% of the time) will come first. So, this is with your best interest in mind in order to optimize your potential results, and meet the goals YOU HAVE. I refuse to let your goals be pushed to the way-side that easily. I don’t want you to buy this course and then not do it, or push it off for 8 months- I truly hope this blesses you. Additionally, in order to make change in your body, your tissues need to be challenged at appropriate time frames. If you fall off the wagon and want to restart the program after 4 months have passed, simply communicate this with me and we will get you set back up for a small fee.

  • Nope, I designed this course for women of all ages and kept al! fitness levels in mind. I thought of my own mom, who is in her 60’s and does light, low impact exercise multiple days a week, as well as thought of young women like myself with no kids and very physically active AND everything in between. After all, you’ll quickly learn, anyone can experience incontinence!

  • This course does not give refunds or grant returns at this time.

  • Yes, however always check with your provider prior to starting any exercise postpartum or if you have restrictions during your pregnancy. This course does not directly discuss the return to exercise postpartum or during pregnancy. However, the techniques taught are the same that I would teach to my patients immediately postpartum or while pregnant. I have 2 patient examples in the course- I teach a mom who is 1 week postpartum how to perform the proper breath work and reconnect with her core. I am a PT, but I am not your PT and it is always best to see a provider in person. This is not considered physical therapy.
