My favorite exercise to help stop your bladder leakage *Not Kegels !

Can you fit into your pre-baby bras? Probably not..

Did you know you can change this ribcage angle that is widened from pregnancy?

This is also known as rib flare. It also has a lot to do with why you are having bladder leakage.

Your trunk acts as a pressurized canister, and your ribcage is the top of the canister- so for a visual, pretend that someone put dent in the top of the can and made the top much wider than the bottom.

That will undoubtably change the way your pressure system (pelvic floor system) is working, right? Exactly!

See how the ribs are stuck out?! Does this look familiar? Maybe you only notice it when you lay on your back? This is called rib flare.

Here is a visual of what is considered an excessive angle postpartum

Much wider than 90 degrees!
