Debunking common bladder leakage myths!

I hear myths all of the time from patients..

Things providers they trust once told them… but the info is now very outdated, proved to be no longer relevant, or true.. but so the myth lives on because people don’t know better! Have you said any of these phrases?

  1. I birthed very large, like 9 lbs. babies!

  2. I’ve had 2 kids!

There actually isn’t correlation shown in research to support these being reasons to accept the fact that you are peeing your pants!

What about..

  1. I only dribble / pee my pants if my bladder is full

  2. I make sure to go to the bathroom before my workout so I don’t leak during it

Do you think there is research to support this behavior?!

Have you ever done this:

  1. Avoided drinking water before your workout so I don’t pee when I jump or run in my workout?

Do you feel this?!

I have a really small bladder, so that’s why I have to go to the bathroom so many times each day!

I want to challenge you to start tracking how many times a day you go to the bathroom..

Maybe then you’ll realize it’s TOO many times!

I want to invite you to join me in my course: Stop Peeing Your Pants, where you can stop your urine leakage in 90 days or less! Understand your bladder’s norms and de-bunk more myths like these.

This entire organized course and workout plans are created by, Dr. Johnson, a pelvic floor physical therapist who treats this every single day!
