  • Pregnant women in all trimesters, you will receive workouts relevant to you, modifications, and education for labor prep when it comes time. You will be set up for success to transition into the postpartum recovery plan!

  • Women at any stage postpartum, especially 0-6 weeks. This will be tailored towards your birth experience and the type of recovery you need.

  • Moms looking to add exercises in to their current routine to strengthen their pelvic floor and deep core

  • Those who are injury/pain-free

  • Those who want a plan to help them return to their favorite fitness class

  • Those who need a quick (10 minutes), effective full body workout with little to no equipment

  • For all levels of fitness and experience with movement

  • Those who love barre fitness, mat pilates, and strength training (not crossfit)

WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

  • Access to the app where your exercises and education will be organized-you will receive a to-do list to complete.

  • A monthly workout plan that is efficient in the time department (I’m talking 10 minutes) and still so effective!

  • Day 1: Core/Pelvic Floor, Booty, Breath Work

  • Day 2: Arms/Back, Leg/Foot, Mobility

  • An individualized plan for you and your goals, created by the expert herself!

  • Direct messaging access to Dr. Kristin with questions in the app

  • Accountability tracking in the app

  • Initial meeting with Dr. Kristin to establish your goals, the type of workout you prefer, what equipment you have, and how to get set up in the app!
