I started this podcast because I kept seeing the same thing over and over again in my patients—women, moms, and pregnant women being told that bladder leakage was “normal.” Leaking when you run, jump, cough, sneeze, or laugh… being afraid to work out… constantly thinking about where the nearest bathroom is… and just accepting it as part of life after having a baby. And the truth is, it might be common, but it is absolutely not normal—and more importantly, it’s something you can fix. Stop Peeing Your Pants was created to give women real answers, real solutions, and a plan that actually works (without just being told to do endless Kegels that don’t solve the root issue).
