Pelvic Floor Dysfunction I Treated This Week (That You Might Have Too)

Every week in the clinic, I meet moms who think what they’re feeling is just “part of motherhood.” This week alone, I treated pelvic organ prolapse, difficulty emptying the bladder, deep pelvic pain with movement, and a whole lot of “I didn’t even know that was a thing!” These are incredibly common symptoms—things like heaviness in the pelvis, peeing five times before you feel “empty,” or struggling with core weakness that just won’t go away. And yet, so many women feel confused, dismissed, or unsure of what’s actually going on with their bodies.

In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes and walking you through four real-life pelvic floor dysfunctions I treated this week — what the moms were feeling, how I evaluated them, and the first steps I’m taking to help them feel stronger, more connected, and more at ease in their bodies. Whether you’re newly postpartum, years out, or just starting to notice symptoms that don’t feel “normal,” this episode will help you recognize what might be happening — and remind you that it’s not just you, and it is treatable.

I would love to invite you to my course Stop Peeing Your Pants , where you can get rid of this problem all together, and become leak-free in 90 days or less! We really shouldn’t have an issue with holding our bladder and there is always a deeper cause. For example, when I was dealing with urge incontinence, my root cause was the food/drinks that were in my diet because there were so many bladder irritants I was consuming. I lead you through all of this, the education, workouts, and have a plan on a calendar, a 1:1 session with me, private facebook group for Q & A’s! Check out both tier options below!
